Please contact Hidden Walks to delete your account. If you want to restore your account, please send us your email address you used to create an account. *After we recieve your account deletion request, our team will deactivate your account from the system and unlist all your listings/cancel all your upcoming trips. We will not completely delete your information from the database, since we can access them when required. Your account information will be stored in our database until further announcements.
Yes multiple hosts could provide a tour, however registeration is required for only one person. Please make sure to provide information about all tour participants on the tour description.
Since quality control is very important for us to keep our platform sophisticated, we approve the tours based on the qualifications of tour hosts and the creativity of the tour.
We do not screen guests. Anyone can register, however, the tour hosts could decline a tour request made by a unverified user. Guests are recommended to verify identity using Facebook or submitting government issued official documents.

We currently accept credit card payments and Paypal. Please create/own a Paypal account if you wish to use this method.
You could request a payout via a Paypal account. Our team will review your request and process it within 24-48 hours.
We do not provide any insurance to tour hosts or guests. It is your responsibility to organize your own insurance during your trip. However, we currently are working on partnering with insurance companies. More information will be available soon.
Here are the detailed procedures of how you could book a tour on the HiddenWalks platform.
You can sign up using your email address or Facebook account. Please agree to our terms of service and policy policy prior to signing up. You can create an account here
After signing up, be sure to complete your account information before booking a tour. We require guests to provide the following before booking: provide your full name, confirm your email address, insert your phone number, upload a profile photo that shows your face (size restricted), write a short introductory message, agree to our booking rules, and provide your payment information.
When searching for a place, make sure to include your dates and number of guests to get the most accurate pricing. Read reviews, descriptions, house rules, and amenities for each place to see if it’s the right fit for your trip. You can always contact the host if you have any questions about their home.
You’ve found the perfect place, and now it’s time to make it official. This is where the host’s preferred way of booking will determine how you’ll confirm your reservation.
If you’re ready to book a tour, you can send a request to the tour host. If you’re unsure about the tour details or availability, you can also send a message to the tour host.
To send a reservation request:
*If your request is accepted, you’ll be charged in full for the reservation. If the host declines the request or doesn’t respond within 24 hours, no charge is made and you can try booking those dates with someone else.
What is a pre-approval?
A pre-approval is a way for host to let guests know that their listing is available when asked about a potential reservation. Once pre-approved, the guest can automatically confirm a booking for the specific dates provided.
When you pre-approve a guest’s inquiry, you give them permission to automatically confirm a booking for specific dates. The dates won’t be blocked on your calendar, so you can pre-approve multiple guests at one time.
Guests have 24 hours to confirm a booking that has been pre-approved. After 24 hours, the guest can still request to book your listing with the price offered during the pre-approval, unless you remove the pre-approval. You can remove the pre-approval at any time in the message thread.
If a host has sent you a pre-approval, your booking isn’t confirmed until you’ve clicked Book It in the message thread with the host and added your payment information. Hosts can send pre-approvals to many potential guests, so if you’ve found the perfect space, make sure to complete the booking process as soon as possible.
You have 24 hours to accept a pre-approval before it expires. If 24 hours have passed, you can still accept the pre-approval but your host will have to approve your request before your reservation is confirmed.
Contact support@findhiddenwalks.com if you run into any issues prior/during your tour. We also recommend users to exchange your Facebook so you could use Facebook messenger. This enables faster, safer, responsible, and efficient communication between the tour host and you.
Last but not least...write a review for the tour host! The hosts work hard to provide the best experience to the guests. A great review leads to more trust towards the tour and tour host, which will increase their chances to attract potential guests in the future. An honest review also is vital ot keep the HiddenWalks community transparent and reliable.
