We support sustainable tourism, and encourage tour hosts to include as many sustainability elements as possible. We support tour hosts to provide an exceptional experience through cooperating with local businesses and tourism associations.
Strict identity verification
We currently manually review the tour hosts, and give verification badges to those who completed the verification process. Tour hosts will need to provide their email, phone number, government issued ID, and need to link their account to Facebook or Google.

This platform is built on trust. We try hard to keep our service transparent as possible, yet secure to protect user information. We value the reviews from guests and tour hosts.

How many tours can I list on HiddenWalks?
Each host can create and list up to 3 different tours on HiddenWalks. Please refrain from creating identical, or similar tours, as it will reduce the visibility of your original tour. We advise that you offer uniquely different tours when creating more than one listing.

Who can be a host/tour guide?
Since quality control is very important for us to keep our platform sophisticated, we approve the tours based on the qualifications of tour hosts and the creativity of the tour.

Does Hidden Walks screen guests?
We do not screen guests. Anyone can register, however, the tour hosts could decline a tour request made by a unverified user.

How should I price my listing? Can the guests negotiate prices?
Please contact us for pricing advice. As our policy, the guests cannot negotiate the price but they can ask to customize their tour itenerary.

How do payments work?
We currently only accept Paypal payments.

How do I retrieve money from my Hidden Walks wallet?
You could request a payout via a Paypal account. Our team will review your request and process it within 24-48 hours.

Does Hidden Walks provide any insurance for hosts?
