How Guests Pay For Tours

  1. The guest select the desired tour date and time from the tour listing.
  2. Message the host for tour customization/additional information. Book the tour from our website.
  3. Payment is processed in advance. If the booking type is ‘Instant Book’, guests are required to pay immediately. If ‘Request to Book’, the host will approve/decline your request within 24 hours, then guests can process the payment.
  4. We accept either credit cards or PayPal's secure transactions. To make an PayPal account, click here. 
  5. Check ‘How Refund Is Processed’ if you are cancelling the tour. Please contact support@findhiddenwalks.com for additional help/concerns.

 

How Hosts Get Paid

  1. Hosts can see their earnings on their account info page.
    • (HiddenWalks receives 20% of the tour price as service fee, so please take that into consideration when pricing your tour)
  2. Hosts only gets paid after submitting a payout request. You will either need a Japanese bank account or a PayPal account to get paid. Click here to create a Paypal account. 
  3. After making a payout request, our support team will review it and transfer your earnings to your bank or PayPal account.

How Refund Is Processed

  1. When the guest want to request a refund, they need to cancel the tour and make sure the cancellation policy allows it. 
  2. Our support team will review your cancel request.
  3. The refund amount will be reflected to your wallet (Payment & account information page).
  4. You will have to make a payout request. Please add your payout information.
  5. Hidden Walks Support will refund to your account within 24-48 hours.
